In 2014 I started my own craft beer brand: @Japascervejaria. Along with 2 other women brewers and friends (Maíra Kimura and Fernanda Ueno) - all of them japanese descendents - we created recipes inspired by the japanese brazilian culture and flavors, such as wasabi and jasmine. The beer labels were designed by using collage and japanese compositions, reinforcing the gently handcrafted aspect.

In addition to beers, we currently also have a line of carbonated drinks called: Haiboru. And in 2020, we decided to create a clothing and accessories line called Arigatou.
